Returns & RefundsI bought a gift box from one of the stores the other day, but had a bad time with the customer service. They wouldn't take back the sealed box, saying they didn't have a return policy. Even though they said I could exchange it at another store, I got turned down. They didn't respect my time or patience at all. So, I won't be coming back as a customer again.
