I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, and I've always been happy with the flowers I've received. However, my latest purchase of a Peony bouquet was a bit disappointing as the flowers weren't as good as usual. So, I decided to send an email to their customer service team to let them know about my concerns. To my surprise, they got back to me really quickly and were super helpful. The person I talked to was really understanding and came up with a solution right away. I was thrilled to get a fresh bouquet of a different rose, and it arrived right on time. The great response from the customer service team has made me even more loyal to this company, and I'll definitely keep buying from them in the future.

The flowers from this shop are seriously amazing. They were so fresh and arranged so nicely, it was a treat for the eyes. And the packaging was great too, making sure the flowers got to me in perfect shape. But, there was a little hiccup with the delivery and I think they could work on improving their customer service experience.
