I actually first noticed them on a friend's Instagram story — my cousin even tipped me, said it looked legit. So I placed an order and... well, lesson learned. The product never showed, tracking was silent, and customer support was basically non-existent — not helpful, I mean zero follow-up. I kept asking for a cancellation or refund and got the same canned "that's not possible" line over and over. Kinda frustrating since the charge went through. I was annoyed, a bit bummed, and now I tell a few people to steer clear.

I accidentally ordered too many plants (over €545), cancelled two business days after paying, and Florastore insisted plants are “perishable” under EU rules so no refund. That made no sense — nothing had shipped, it could’ve been stopped, and these plants are dormant for winter anyway. I’ll just refuse delivery so they get unopened stock back, but it feels like avoiding responsibility. I’ve had other suppliers cancel and refund without drama, so this was disappointing. Not great customer care overall, honestly.

I bought two eucalyptus plants through a LivingSocial deal and they arrived basically dead — stems crunchy, leaves brown and falling, soil dry like dust. There was a note saying they’d look dry in winter and to expect drop, plus “wait 2–3 months for new growth.” I waited. Nothing. Contacted customer service and they told me too bad, you had to complain within 14 days. That feels off — their own note instructs waiting months, so how would you know? I’ve ordered plants from other sellers before and got viable starters, so this was disappointing and just felt like poor quality control and a confusing returns policy.
