Returns & RefundsThe customer service agent was awesome in helping me with the return of my standing desk. I do wish the E7 Pro had the same height adjustment as the E7 model for more legroom, but the return process was really smooth and easy thanks to the great customer service.

Returns & RefundsI recently bought a computer holder to put under my desk to save space in my home office. Unfortunately, when I tried to put the Velcro straps around my computer case, one of them broke. I was kinda bummed about the quality of the product, but I decided to contact customer service for help. I talked to AJ, who was super helpful and understanding. She asked for a picture of the broken product, and after looking at it quickly, she said a replacement would be sent to me right away. I was so relieved to hear that I didn't have to deal with packaging and returning the item. AJ's customer service was top-notch, and she made solving the problem easy and stress-free.
