TrackingI was kinda worried about my bike order, but they were really understanding. They had to get it from another place first and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The bike came fully assembled and ready to ride, no issues there. The only downside was the tracking. It was confusing and the links kept taking me to the homepage instead of the tracking page. I had to reach out to them for the correct link. It would be much better if the tracking was simplified, especially for pricey items like bikes.
