I bought some nice stuff from Fitstore24 and wanted to tell you about it. Their customer service is really reliable and whenever I had a question, their support was amazing! I would definitely give them five stars, they deserve even more!

I recently bought some gym equipment from Fitstore24 and I gotta say, I was super impressed with their service. The staff were so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with ease. The whole buying process was easy peasy. Plus, my order arrived on time and in perfect shape. I gotta say, I'm really happy with my experience at Fitstore24.

I bought a bike from this store not too long ago, but ran into some issues with the derailleur parts. The jockey wheels were making a truly awful screeching sound, so I contacted customer service for assistance. I showed them proof of the problem and explained that I had already tried lubricating it, but the representative wasn't very helpful. They kept putting the blame on me and even suggested I take up a warranty claim with the manufacturer. In the end, I had to sort out the problem on my own, which was quite a hassle. When I tried to talk to the customer service manager about my concerns, they didn't seem interested in listening to my complaint at all. All in all, a really disappointing experience.

I gotta tell you, Fitstore24 really blew me away with their service, eh. I bought this top-notch bike and it came with all the bells and whistles, plus the shop kept me in the loop every step of the way. The delivery guy even gave me a ring to schedule delivery at a time that worked for me. It's nice to see such top-notch customer service, especially when you're dropping some serious coin on a bike, eh.

The bikes arrived really quickly and were packaged well, which was awesome. It would've been even better if they had let us know when they were coming, but luckily, someone was home. When we were putting the bikes together, we realized we needed a special tool to tighten the headset nut for both bikes. Luckily, our neighbor is a bike mechanic and could help us out. Customer service didn't seem to know much about what we were talking about when we complained - they thought the headset assembly was the stem. It wasn't until we kept pressing that we finally got an apology. Overall, the delivery was fast and the packaging was good, but the lack of notice and the unhelpful customer service were a bit disappointing.
