I was really looking forward to getting my bike after I ordered it, but it took weeks and it still wasn't here. I tried reaching out to their customer service team a few times, but I didn't get any updates or explanations about why my order was taking so long. The fact that they haven't been communicating well or being clear about what's going on has got me feeling pretty frustrated. I just want a company that I can rely on and that takes responsibility for their actions, but it doesn't seem like Fitstore24 is doing that right now.
