The bridesmaids' dresses I ordered for my wedding turned out to be a big letdown. The fabric was so cheap and the stitching was really poorly done. And on top of that, they got one of the orders mixed up and were no help at all in fixing the problem.

It wasn't custom-made like they said, and it came with a broken strap, a zipper that didn't work right, and the neckline was all crooked. It was so uncomfortable to wear because the straps wouldn't stay up, it was hard to move around in.
