CommunicationI recently bought a dress from this company and I gotta say, it was a huge letdown. The dress didn't fit right at all, even though I gave them my correct measurements. The fabric was cheap and the stitching was all over the place. And when I tried to reach out to customer service for a return, I got completely ignored. To top it off, right after I made my purchase, someone stole my credit card info and made unauthorized charges. I definitely recommend steering clear of this company to avoid the headache I went through.

And not having a phone number made it even worse. Plus, when I tried to return something, they took forever to send me the return label. It was such a pain and so unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
