I ordered a custom dress from this place, eh, hoping to finally find something that fits my tall frame, you know? When I got the dress, it was way too short, even with the measurements I gave them. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all, and basically told me to just deal with it and buy a new dress. No chance I'm going to fork out more money for a company that can't get it right the first time, eh.
