ServiceI can't believe the awful customer service I got from this company. I accidentally ordered two of the same item and when I tried to cancel one, they made it seem like the hardest thing ever. It took 13 emails over 3 days just to sort out this simple request, and when they finally replied, the items I wanted were already out of stock. Their solution? Keep checking in to see if they're back in stock. Are you kidding me?! Now I'm stuck with only half my order and I have to spend more money on shipping when the matching pants are available again. It's just ridiculous!
