Returns & RefundsI recently bought something online and the size was way off. I ordered a bigger size but the dress was so tiny, it wouldn't even fit a kid. When I contacted customer service to return it, they said I had to pay for shipping both ways. It was even more than half of what I paid for the dress. I tried to contact them through their website and sent pictures, but haven't heard anything back after lots of reminders. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them online, especially if you can't easily return things to a store.

Returns & RefundsAs someone who's been shopping online for a while now, I thought I'd give this store another shot after a long time. But I gotta say, my experience was pretty disappointing. Can you believe they wouldn't give me a refund for my online purchase, just an exchange? It was super frustrating for me. So, I decided to exchange the stuff in person at the store. And man, the clothes did not impress me at all. I wore one of the shirts once, and it already got messed up. What a bummer! Plus, another top I picked out was already torn when I took it out of the package. I've never seen such poor quality clothing before. Needless to say, I'm kicking myself for shopping at this store. I usually like to buy clothes that will last me a while, but this was not it. Lesson learned – I won't be shopping here again in the future.

Returns & RefundsI gotta talk about my experience at that store. Seriously, if I could rate them zero stars, I totally would! Their online shop is just so bad. So, I bought two things - and one didn't fit right and the other was damaged. And get this, they claim on their website that if something is broken, they'll send you a return label. But I tried so many times to get that label, and no one ever got back to me. So, I ended up paying to send it back myself! And guess what? They received it on July 20th, and now it's August 22nd and I still haven't heard anything or gotten my refund for the messed-up stuff! I basically paid to never see those items again. And to top it all off, there's no phone number to call and actually talk to a person. UGH, I'm so mad and disappointed with the whole lousy experience. I'm never shopping there again, and I'm gonna warn everyone I know to steer clear too!

Returns & RefundsOMG, so I ordered these 2 dresses online and they were totally awful! The material was super cheap and not cute at all. So, I decided to return them both and, you won't believe this, I had to pay $16 in shipping! And then, on top of that, they took $7 from my refund. Ugh, never buying from them again, such a waste of money!

Returns & RefundsI sent back a jacket that was broken to the company's return depot using Canada Post in early December. They told me through email that it might take around 4 weeks for the refund to show up on my credit card. It's been more than 4 weeks now, and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've been trying to get in touch through email a few times but haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating and disappointing.
