DeliveryI had the worst experience with this company, eh. I placed an order over a week ago, they charged my account right away, and then never sent me any confirmation or shipping details. I reached out to their customer service multiple times, but all I got was one response saying my receipt was on its way, eh. Since then, nothing - not a peep. I haven't received my order, any updates, or even a refund. It's just absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, eh. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism from an online retailer before. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them, it'll save you a lot of stress, eh.

DeliveryOh my goodness, I was super excited to get my new hoodie from that store, but they totally disappointed me! I sent a bunch of emails to ask about my order, but they never replied. And then my hoodie was supposed to arrive on November 15th, but it never came! I was so upset and frustrated, and now I don't think I'll ever shop there again. Like, what a letdown, eh?
