I gotta say, I was super disappointed when I had to sign up to be a member just to place an order. Why do I need to sign up for a membership just to use the credit I've already earned? It seems kinda sneaky to me, trying to get people to spend more money on this site. And don't even get me started on the quality of the items - so cheap. The regular prices are way too high for such poorly made clothing and shoes.

I'm so annoyed with this company! I tried to make an order twice now, got a confirmation number, and then they tell me it's cancelled because some stuff isn't available. Like, why not just take out those items and send the rest? Nope, they cancel everything. It's been super frustrating. Hopefully, my latest order goes through smoothly!

Hey there! I just wanted to share my recent experience with customer service. Seth really got on my nerves with how pushy he was about keeping my membership when all I wanted was to cancel. On the flip side, Nyca was great - super efficient and respectful. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due!

I made a big purchase but didn't receive my $10 VIP reward for being a top customer. I used my points to make purchases, but I still have to pay my monthly fee for that VIP membership. It might only be $10, but during the holidays, every bit helps. I could have used that $10 to buy some nice stocking stuffers for my grandkids. Rewards and discounts are meant to make customers happy and keep them returning, but when they're not given, it makes people lose faith in the company.

I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service at this store. The shoes I got were the perfect size and just so cute. Ordering them was super easy and they came really quickly. The prices are fair for the quality you get. Honestly, I would totally recommend this place for buying clothes for your kids.
