I bought some shoes on sale recently and was happy with the deals. But then, my bank cards got hacked twice right after I made the purchases. If the bank hadn't told me, I wouldn't have even known about the sketchy charges. It's a worrying situation that I hope the company can fix to make sure their customers are safe when shopping.

My time with the VIP membership at this online store wasn't great. The website makes it hard to use VIP credits on lots of things, instead only letting you use them on specific items or bundles. And when you try to buy sale items separately, the price jumps up to the full amount once they're bundled together. It's confusing and feels like they're not being upfront about pricing, which just makes it frustrating to try to save money. Plus, the extra import tax makes things more expensive overall, which doesn't make me want to shop there. I'm canceling my subscription and I don't recommend it to others.

I recently bought a bundle of 3 shoes from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by how the member credit system works now. It used to be way simpler and more logical to me. Before, the member credit would just automatically kick in once I hit the threshold at checkout, which was super easy to understand. But now, it feels like I have to bend over backwards just to get the discount I was promised. I have to bundle specific items together to use the credit, which is a real pain. On top of that, the monthly member credit keeps going up, which just makes it even more annoying to navigate. I really hope they rethink their current system because it's not very customer-friendly at all.

I'm really upset about the new VIP credit system. Before, I could shop clearance items and use my credits for whatever I wanted. But now, I'm only allowed to buy full-priced items or use my credits on clearance items at full price. It's been a real pain at checkout, having to keep adjusting my cart to make sure everything is bundled right. If I'm paying for VIP credits, I should be able to use them just like real money. This change has been so frustrating and inconvenient that I decided to cancel my membership.

I totally forgot I had some credits to use, but when I saw I could redeem them at checkout, I was so happy. I ended up getting two complete outfits or shoes at once and got the best value. Applying my credits was simple, I just picked where I wanted to use them in my cart. It made the whole shopping experience super easy. Overall, I had a great time and will definitely be placing another order soon.

I had to refresh my cart to see this, which was pretty annoying, especially when I was trying to snag my items quickly before they ran out. I really hope my order goes through smoothly, this little hiccup made my shopping experience a bit uncertain.
