Eyeglasses - Reviews and experiences

The service at Eyeglasses has always been great, but lately there have been some issues that have affected my overall experience. The customer service is still good, but the delivery times have become slower since the pandemic. They told me it's because they're having trouble getting the resin for the frames I wanted, which makes sense with everything going on in the world. However, I still haven't received my Dolomiti wire frames from a recent order, and I'm not sure why. Even with these hiccups, I do appreciate how transparent the company has been in their communication.

I recently bought a pair of prescription glasses from this store. I had some questions about where the frames came from and when they would arrive, but overall I was happy with my experience. I asked specifically about the country where the frames were made, and the customer service rep quickly gave me the info I wanted. The delivery took a bit longer than I wanted, but once the glasses arrived, they were just as good as promised. The lenses were perfect for me, and I liked the transition feature. The price was fair, especially considering the fancy options I picked. All in all, I'd be willing to order from this store again in the future.
