Quick and efficient
Quick and efficient
DeliveryI had a really easy chat with a Eyeglasses rep, but had some trouble on the phone at first 'cause they couldn't hear me very well. After switching up how I was calling, I got through just fine. I asked about the frames I wanted, got quick and clear answers, and went ahead with my order. They told me when to expect it, but it actually came two days early. I was surprised that the items were shipped straight from the manufacturer, skipping the store quality check probably 'cause I didn't need prescription lenses.
Eyeglasses with clip-ons
Eyeglasses with clip-ons
DeliveryI just bought a pair of glasses with clip-ons from this store, and I gotta say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I shelled out some extra cash for special handling and faster delivery, but ended up waiting a painful 3 weeks for my order to arrive. And to top it all off, the clip-ons that were supposed to be included were nowhere to be found. When I tried reaching out to customer service for help, the chat feature on their website wasn't working. After being put on hold for what felt like forever, I finally got through to an automated message telling me to email them for assistance. Just not cool, eh?

DeliveryThe service at Eyeglasses has always been great, but lately there have been some issues that have affected my overall experience. The customer service is still good, but the delivery times have become slower since the pandemic. They told me it's because they're having trouble getting the resin for the frames I wanted, which makes sense with everything going on in the world. However, I still haven't received my Dolomiti wire frames from a recent order, and I'm not sure why. Even with these hiccups, I do appreciate how transparent the company has been in their communication.
Prescription glasses
Prescription glasses
DeliveryI recently bought a pair of prescription glasses from this store. I had some questions about where the frames came from and when they would arrive, but overall I was happy with my experience. I asked specifically about the country where the frames were made, and the customer service rep quickly gave me the info I wanted. The delivery took a bit longer than I wanted, but once the glasses arrived, they were just as good as promised. The lenses were perfect for me, and I liked the transition feature. The price was fair, especially considering the fancy options I picked. All in all, I'd be willing to order from this store again in the future.
