My time dealing with this company was just awful. I ordered a pair of glasses and ended up waiting 3 whole months for the wrong ones with scratched frames to arrive. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, text, and phone calls, but got no reply at all. The boss, Sam I think his name is, was so rude and unprofessional. Can you believe he even asked me for more money after I already spent $300? It was a total nightmare trying to sort things out with them.

My experience at Eyeglasses was really disappointing. I bought three frames and got a bill for over $800 because they charged me twice. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't seem to care about the mistake. They just admitted it without even saying sorry or trying to fix it. I asked for a discount or a coupon for my next order to make up for the stress of being double charged, but they said no because I already used a discount on my first purchase. This lack of good customer service and keeping customers happy was really disappointing and now I have a bad opinion of the company.

I had such a good experience getting new lenses for my sunglasses at this store. I sent in my frames to get bifocal lenses and was so happy with how they turned out. The staff made sure to use my old lenses to position the bifocals perfectly, and they even gave me back my old lenses that weren't prescription. I tried out my new glasses while driving yesterday and noticed right away how much clearer and more comfortable they were. I'm really happy with the service I got.
