Incorrectly made lenses, cheap frames
Incorrectly made lenses, cheap frames
Returns & RefundsThe lenses were all wrong and the frames seemed really cheap. Unlike other places you can get glasses online, this company didn't give a full refund for the messed up eyeglasses. Instead, they only gave back 50% of the money and 50% store credit. Plus, they said they'd send a label for returns, but they never did. Overall, the glasses weren't great quality and their customer service was pretty bad.
Paid for glasses in March, got cancelled in June
Paid for glasses in March, got cancelled in June
Returns & RefundsSo, yeah, I ordered these glasses back in March and they told me they'd be ready by May, right? But then, come June, they were all like, "oh sorry, the frame's been discontinued, can't make your glasses." And to top it off, they only gave me back some of my money! It's like they totally scammed me, dude. Definitely steer clear of those guys, not cool at all.
Two year scratch warranty for prescription glasses
Two year scratch warranty for prescription glasses
Returns & RefundsI just bought the two year scratch warranty for my prescription glasses and let me tell you, I was pretty let down by the service. The staff told me that if my lenses got scratched within those two years, they'd replace them. But what they didn't mention is that the new lenses would use my old prescription, not the new one from my latest eye check-up. This was a real pain because I had gotten used to the new prescription and going back to the old one was a hassle. I wouldn't suggest getting this warranty if you're someone who often updates your prescription.
