Ski purchase, defective warranty
Ski purchase, defective warranty
Returns & RefundsSo, I bought a pair of skis from Evo not too long ago, and to my dismay, I noticed a problem with the top sheet peeling off after only using them a few times. The warranty said that issues like this should be covered, but when I contacted Evo for help, they said it was just topsheet chipping and wouldn't fix it under warranty. I was pretty let down by their response and felt stuck without any help. Eventually, I had to go to the brand directly and even involve my credit card company to get the support I needed.
Apparel
Apparel
Returns & RefundsI bought some clothes from that store not long ago, and honestly, it didn't go so well. Even though I made sure to check their sizing info, the clothes didn't fit right when I got them. I wanted to send them back, but they said I had to pay for the shipping, which was kind of a letdown. On top of that, I also got a pair of gloves that fell apart on the very first day I wore them. They wouldn't let me return them either, and told me to deal with the warranty through the manufacturer.

Returns & RefundsThis company really deserves a big shoutout for their excellent customer service. I had a problem with a ski bag I bought from them, but they were so understanding and let me return it, even though the damage might not have been their fault. They really went the extra mile to make things right, and I'm super happy with how they handled everything. It's so nice to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers and backs up their products. I'll definitely be shopping with them again because of this awesome experience.
