CommunicationI bought some hiking boots from that store recently and, gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service. I tried calling them a bunch of times to ask about sizes and stock, but no one ever answered. I even left messages, but never got a call back. It was a real bad experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping there if you want good customer service.
