TrackingI'm really disappointed with the lack of a tracking system and customer response team for order confirmation details. The email address is not getting back to me, and no one is picking up when I call. I have no idea where my dress is right now. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, and I really hope the vendor can give me some answers soon. If this isn't sorted out quickly, I might have to get my bank and the Better Business Bureau involved.

TrackingDon't count on getting your order on time with this company. I had a situation where my order was delayed, and when I asked for a tracking link, they gave me a fake one. The link hadn't been updated in two weeks, and supposedly my package was less than 200 miles away. It was super frustrating and felt like a total waste of time and money.
