So, I bought this dress online and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I was really excited for this beautiful white crochet dress, but what I got instead was a huge, super bright yellow linen dress that could fit two of me in there. I look like I'm wearing a circus tent, it's ridiculous. And to top it off, the dress is so long that it drags on the ground when I walk. Dealing with the return process has been a nightmare - no clear address for returns and customer service is non-existent. It took forever, like three whole months, for my order to even show up. And now they're dodging my emails and making up excuses about the other dress. I had to get PayPal involved just to try and get my money back. This whole thing is a total scam, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I can't emphasize this enough - DO NOT buy from this company! I ordered a Nitro Rollator and waited a whole month for it to arrive. But guess what? It never came. When I asked for a refund, they tried to delay and avoid my requests. Dealing with them was a total nightmare. I had to get my bank involved to sort out this scam. Honestly, I don't even think they sent the product at all. So do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company!

I just bought a wig from this company, eh, and it turned out to be garbage. To make things even worse, I had to shell out $11 for return shipping. And wouldn’t you know it, the return package I sent with tracking disappeared somewhere in the mail. I’ve already reached out to the company, telling them they should be the ones covering the loss with their insurance, not yers truly. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to steer clear of this shady company, and if anyone has tips on getting my money back, I'm all ears, don'tcha know!
