CommunicationDang, I really should've checked the reviews before buying stuff. I was looking for two things for my wedding and I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times with no luck. So now I went ahead and made a complaint through PayPal. It's annoying to think they just took my money and ghosted me like that. Guess I'll have to find another place to get my wedding stuff now.
