Party dress
I recently bought a party dress from this store and let me tell you, it was a real bummer. I went with the faster shipping option, forked out extra for it, but still got my dress late. And get this, when I looked at my bill, I saw they charged me more than I had agreed to pay originally. Trying to get a hold of customer service was a total pain, nobody was answering my calls. On top of that, the bill was in Chinese, which was super confusing. Oh and get this, the charge on my bank statement was under a different name than the store's, which raised some red flags for me. All in all, it was one big headache and definitely not something I'd want anyone else to go through.
2 Wedding items
Dang, I really should've checked the reviews before buying stuff. I was looking for two things for my wedding and I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times with no luck. So now I went ahead and made a complaint through PayPal. It's annoying to think they just took my money and ghosted me like that. Guess I'll have to find another place to get my wedding stuff now.
Battery charger purchase
I ordered a Schumacher battery charger online and was so excited to get it. But when I checked the tracking info, it said it was delivered, yet I never got it. It's so irritating that we can't rely on online sellers these days. It's just disappointing that there are people out there trying to scam us out of our cash. Just a heads up, don't trust this scammer!
Chunky cardigan purchase
Eh? The cardigan I thought was gonna be all chunky and cozy turned out to be this thin, crappy piece of clothing, eh. Not only was the size all wrong, but the color was totally off from what they showed online. I tried to return it, but no one from customer service even got back to me, so frustrating, eh. Feels like all the stuff on this site is just copied from somewhere else and not even done well. Overall, it was such a letdown, definitely not gonna be shopping there again, eh.
Crochet dress turned yellow tent
So, I bought this dress online and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I was really excited for this beautiful white crochet dress, but what I got instead was a huge, super bright yellow linen dress that could fit two of me in there. I look like I'm wearing a circus tent, it's ridiculous. And to top it off, the dress is so long that it drags on the ground when I walk. Dealing with the return process has been a nightmare - no clear address for returns and customer service is non-existent. It took forever, like three whole months, for my order to even show up. And now they're dodging my emails and making up excuses about the other dress. I had to get PayPal involved just to try and get my money back. This whole thing is a total scam, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Nitro Rollator
I can't emphasize this enough - DO NOT buy from this company! I ordered a Nitro Rollator and waited a whole month for it to arrive. But guess what? It never came. When I asked for a refund, they tried to delay and avoid my requests. Dealing with them was a total nightmare. I had to get my bank involved to sort out this scam. Honestly, I don't even think they sent the product at all. So do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company!
Hairpiece purchase
I just bought a wig from this company, eh, and it turned out to be garbage. To make things even worse, I had to shell out $11 for return shipping. And wouldn’t you know it, the return package I sent with tracking disappeared somewhere in the mail. I’ve already reached out to the company, telling them they should be the ones covering the loss with their insurance, not yers truly. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to steer clear of this shady company, and if anyone has tips on getting my money back, I'm all ears, don'tcha know!
No delivery, confirmation but no product
I placed an order with this company recently and I have to say, I am so disappointed with the service I got. They told me my product was delivered, but I never got it. It's just not right to take people's money and not give them the stuff they paid for. That's just wrong and it should be against the law. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Unacceptable return policy
I had such a bad time with this company's return policy. Even though I did everything they asked, they were dishonest and not helpful at all. They wouldn't give me a clear return address or label, which was super frustrating. I had to send a bunch of emails and deal with a ton of unnecessary delays before I finally had to use a third-party service to get my money back. It was so disappointing.
Knee scooter for foot surgery
I am so upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered a knee scooter for my foot surgery and they said it would come in 18 days. It's been way longer than that and when I asked, all I got were excuses. Can you believe they even said the package might be lost? And on top of that, they said they'd give me a refund in 7-8 days, but I seriously doubt that will happen. This is something I really need for my health, and it's terrible that they're messing around with it. I'm going to talk to my bank about this and I hope the people who run this company get what they deserve. I could have easily bought this from a reliable place and gotten it on time, but instead I trusted these guys and got let down.
Dress purchase
I'm really disappointed with the lack of a tracking system and customer response team for order confirmation details. The email address is not getting back to me, and no one is picking up when I call. I have no idea where my dress is right now. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, and I really hope the vendor can give me some answers soon. If this isn't sorted out quickly, I might have to get my bank and the Better Business Bureau involved.

So I tried to buy this cute dress online but it was a total disaster. They took my money and didn't even send me my dress. I tried emailing them but they totally ghosted me. Ugh, so frustrating! NEVER shopping there again!

I bought 2 folding tables and chairs back in October and they took my money, but I never received my stuff. I've been trying to call them but the number doesn't seem to work. All I really want is my money back, ya know?
Tracking issues
Don't count on getting your order on time with this company. I had a situation where my order was delayed, and when I asked for a tracking link, they gave me a fake one. The link hadn't been updated in two weeks, and supposedly my package was less than 200 miles away. It was super frustrating and felt like a total waste of time and money.
My order never came!
I can't believe it, eh? My order still hasn't come in. I'm so mad, I'm gonna go tell the police and the Prime Minister, eh! Everybody better watch out for this scam, it's not cool, you know?

I had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I ordered a dress from them and it never arrived, you know. When I tried to contact customer service, I received no response, eh. I never received my refund either. It is incredibly frustrating to be scammed like this, for sure.

I ordered this really cute dress online, but it never showed up at my door! I was super excited to wear it to my best friend's birthday party, but now I have nothing to wear. I tried reaching out to customer service, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm so disappointed and upset that my dress never arrived!
Misleading advertisement
I just saw this ad for a sewing machine that was supposedly on sale for a super low price. But when I looked closer, it was actually showing an air purifier instead of the sewing machine. It's pretty disappointing to see companies using sneaky tactics like that to try and trick people into buying their stuff.
Pink top bought online
I bought this really cute pink top online, and man did it take forever to get here! When it finally arrived, it was totally not what I was hoping for. The size was huge - I swear I could fit two of me in there! It looked nothing like the picture they showed on the website. Such a letdown, I wouldn't suggest getting anything from them.
