Entirely Pets - Reviews and experiences

I called Entirely Pets not long ago to try and find some arthritis medicine for my cat. Since I've never done this before, I wasn't really sure what kind of options were out there specifically for cats. The person I talked to, Sheetal Nath, was super helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the best medicine for my kitty. She really took the time to explain all the different products, what they can do, and how much I should give to my cat. She really went out of her way to make sure I knew what I was getting.

I just wanted to say that I had a really good experience talking to the customer service manager at the pharmacy the other day. When I first called, I got some wrong info, but the second time I called, I talked to Shaun. He was super nice and really helpful. He knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions. I called him a few times for help, and each time he was patient and friendly. He even said I could call him anytime I needed more help. Shaun made my experience with your pharmacy really great and I appreciate how awesome his customer service was.

I ordered something from this place and it was a disaster. The people there were so rude and didn't care about what I had to say. They didn't even tell me if there were any problems or changes with my order, and that's really frustrating. If they want to improve, they need to make some serious changes right away.
