I bought some silicone rings from this company recently and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good they are. I got my partner a set of silicone rings a couple of months back for their birthday. Sadly, one of the rings started tearing pretty quickly after they started wearing it. I reached out to customer service to try and sort out the problem, but they were not very helpful. They didn't want to give me a refund or send a replacement without extra charges. Plus, they ignored my request to talk to a manager, which just made me even more frustrated. All in all, I was let down by the product's quality and the poor customer service I received.

I just bought some silicone rings to use instead of my gold wedding ring, and they are perfect for my busy life. Whether I'm working out or doing some hard physical work, these rings hold up well. My wife and I appreciate the different designs that we can choose from to mix things up. The colors and metallic effects on the rings are really cool, and I especially love the 'Dragon' design that changes color. Even though these rings are affordable, they are surprisingly durable. It took a little while for them to arrive from the US, but the company's customer service was top-notch and made up for the wait.
Replacement ring
I gotta tell ya, I had to get in touch with customer service because this ring I bought was busted and they weren't offering refunds anymore. The folks at customer service were really nice and understanding. They asked for a pic of the broken ring and hooked me up with store credit instead. But, turns out I couldn't find the ring after all, so I went ahead and bought a new one. Then, out of the blue, the company checked in with me a week later and even gave me back some of the money I spent as a gesture of goodwill. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how much they cared about making sure I was happy with everything.
