CommunicationI'm so frustrated with this company's lack of communication and service. I ordered a replacement item over a month ago and haven't heard anything since. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my order but haven't gotten a single reply. And to top it off, their phone line just goes to voicemail so I can't talk to anyone. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
