The customer service from this company is just awful. At first, they were great when I had questions about buying my silicone rings. But when there was a problem with the product and I tried to use their "lifetime warranty," they were completely different. They wanted me to pay for shipping, even though I didn't cause the problem. It's obvious their customer service is all about the money and doesn't care about their customers. I tried to talk to them multiple times to fix the problem, but they kept ignoring me.
