Enso Rings - Reviews and experiences

I just bought a silicone ring not too long ago, and man, I was so disappointed with how it turned out. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality. The edges were all frayed, and the design looked nothing like what was shown on the website. On top of all that, when I tried to send it back, I had to fork out money for the shipping, and I still haven't gotten my refund. Their customer service was no help at all - they told me I'd get a quick refund, but it still hasn't shown up. Honestly, I'd tell anyone thinking of buying from this company to steer clear.

I just bought a ring from this company and I'm really bummed out about the quality. They said it had a lifetime warranty, but it started falling apart after only 8 months. And on top of that, I have to pay $10USD for shipping every time I want a replacement. Feels like a sneaky way to squeeze extra money out of customers who thought they were getting a good deal.

I gotta tell ya, I had to get in touch with customer service because this ring I bought was busted and they weren't offering refunds anymore. The folks at customer service were really nice and understanding. They asked for a pic of the broken ring and hooked me up with store credit instead. But, turns out I couldn't find the ring after all, so I went ahead and bought a new one. Then, out of the blue, the company checked in with me a week later and even gave me back some of the money I spent as a gesture of goodwill. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how much they cared about making sure I was happy with everything.
