Enso Rings - Reviews and experiences

When I ordered my silicone ring, I was really looking forward to getting it. But when I got an email saying it was delivered, I was let down because it wasn't there. I asked my neighbors and checked my doorbell camera, but there was no sign of a package. It's irritating to see a link on their website for "Don't see your package," suggesting this happens a lot. It doesn't reflect well on the company to have problems like this with deliveries.

I ordered a ring for my anniversary, eh, but it never showed up. I contacted Canada Post and they said they couldn't help, so I reached out to customer service, eh. I tried filling out a form and texting them, but no one responded quickly. I had to buy a replacement ring and now I just want my money back, eh. Not happy with the service at all, eh.
