Order cancellation due to billing address discrepancy
ServiceI recently made an order and was pretty bummed when I found out it got cancelled with no real explanation. Apparently, customer service said it was because the billing address didn't match the credit card address. It was weird and annoying because I've never had this problem before. It doesn't make sense that someone trying to scam would actually pay for an order. It left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole thing.
