So I almost cancelled my order halfway through — worried because my billing address doesn't match the card (long story). They did flag it, support asked a couple quick questions and I braced for hassle. Surprisingly they sorted it fast, no drama, and the package arrived. I use it every morning on my commute and at my desk now. Still a tiny niggle about the check, but honestly pretty happy overall, would order again.

Mid-use I noticed the dropper kept leaking, which was annoying. I bought this serum-blush last month and at first the colour was nice and lightweight, felt promising. Then I emailed about the faulty dropper and... nothing for days. Kinda disappointed, especially for the price — small bottle too. Tried leaving feedback on their site and it vanished. A bit sad, really.
