I bought a silk robe from this company not long ago and it's been a total disaster. Can you believe I only got one out of the three items I ordered? And to top it off, the tracking info on their site hasn't been updated in weeks, and I can't get a hold of their customer service no matter how many emails, texts or calls I send. I'm beyond frustrated with how this company is handling things.

I bought something from this company thinking it would come quickly like they said on their website. But turns out, it actually takes 10 business days for them to even ship it out. The fact that they didn't deliver what they promised made me feel annoyed and unsure about trusting them. I wouldn't suggest this company if you want speedy and reliable service.

I put in an order about a month ago and one thing was supposed to be sent separately. But a shipping label was made and the thing still hasn't been sent out. It really bugs me and I'm pretty let down about it. I was excited to get the thing quickly, but now I gotta wait even longer because of this mess-up.
