I made a purchase on September 4th, order number 1000680872, but I still haven't received any shipping confirmation. I contacted customer service two weeks ago to cancel my order and ask for a refund since nothing had been shipped. They got back to me the next day asking for confirmation that my package hadn't been sent out before they could process the refund. It's been two weeks now and there hasn't been any updates, shipping confirmation, and now their email seems to bounce back.

This company is such a scam! I ordered something months ago and still haven't gotten it. I've reached out so many times, but they ignore all my messages. It's really frustrating and disappointing how they're treating their customers. I'd recommend saving your money and shopping somewhere else!
