My wallet's ejection thingy broke after I had it for 22 months. I tried to make a warranty claim on the website but had some trouble with the "Return and warranty" section. Thankfully, I emailed customer service and they helped me out right away. They swapped my old wallet for a brand new one due to the 2-year warranty. I'm grateful for the fast fix!
