My big winter coat was so thin and felt really cheap. It was way too oversized, even the smaller sizes were like putting on a massive blanket. I sent it back because it was such poor quality and too big. I didn't bother exchanging it for a smaller size because I was so let down. And then they charged me $7.99 to return it! Complete rip off, definitely not shopping here again!

I recently bought a bra online from this store and it was super uncomfortable. When I wanted to return it, turns out the cost to return it was so high, almost the same as what I paid for it initially! It didn't make sense to send it back. I thought about exchanging it but I knew a different color wouldn't change how uncomfortable it was. So, in the end, I just ended up throwing it away and feeling like I wasted my money on it.

I ordered these sweatpants in a size medium online, but they ended up fitting more like an extra-large. I had to shell out almost 8 bucks to ship them back, and I couldn't even reach customer service by email or phone. Definitely won't be shopping on this site again - lesson learned!
