Don't trust what the company blog says, most of their products are actually made in China. I bought ten things and it's been six weeks and still no sign of my order. It's time to put up with this and just cancel it. Get your money back on your credit card. That's false advertising for you.

I was pretty annoyed with the whole shipping process for my recent purchase. I ordered from the company, but the handoff between different shippers caused a big delay in getting my order. It was really disappointing because I was super excited for my stuff to arrive. Even though the products are good, I think the company should work on improving their shipping procedures to make sure orders get delivered more smoothly.

They keep sending my stuff through the mail, and let me tell ya, they're terrible at delivering packages. I ordered a winter coat from this one place, and guess what? It never showed up 'cause the mail lost it. I phoned the store and they said they'd send it with UPS instead, but they didn't come through for me. They just went ahead and sent it through the mail again. I'm so frustrated 'cause now I gotta drop $200 on a new coat from a different store.

My boyfriend and I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience with our recent order from this company. He's a landscaper and ordered a sweatshirt a few weeks ago to keep warm while working during the fall and winter, but when the package arrived, it had women's boots instead of the sweatshirt he needed. We contacted customer service and they said they would send the right item with 4-day shipping, but when it arrived, it was women's shorts this time. It's just not right that such a simple order for a sweatshirt got messed up not once but twice. He still doesn't have the sweatshirt he needed weeks ago and it's really frustrating. We used to trust this company, but this experience has us thinking about going somewhere else for better service that we can rely on.

I can't believe it, eh! I thought I was being all clever by paying extra for fast shipping, but no way, Jose! My order took forever to arrive, you know! It was supposed to only take 2 to 3 business days, but I had to wait a whole 10 days, ain't that a beauty? And then when I called to complain, they blamed it on the shipping company, can you believe it, eh? What a rip-off, I tell ya! Not even with free shipping would it have taken as long as this, no siree. I'm so angry, I'm never gonna order from here again, they lost me as a customer, that's for sure.

I recently bought a few pairs of Men's Performance Briefs from the store, thinking I'd get the right stuff. But when my order arrived, I was bummed to see I got the wrong items. Instead of the briefs I wanted, I got gloves, all messed up on the packaging. It was annoying since I was excited to try out the briefs for their comfy and performance qualities. I reached out to customer service right away, but based on bad reviews from other customers, I'm not sure if I'll get a good fix. Overall, this whole thing was a letdown and I hope the company can do better with their orders to avoid mistakes like this in the future.

Hey, I ain't got time to wait a whole week for some boxer briefs. Nowadays, we need things quick, but this store doesn't seem to understand that. Can't they hurry up and get things moving? Seriously, I'd rather shop somewhere that respects my time and gets things done fast. Duluth Trading, step it up or you'll lose us as customers!
