ServiceThe facial recognition system I bought from this company was such a waste of money. It was so old-fashioned and super unreliable, hardly ever recognizing people even after many tries. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were totally useless and never got back to me. Honestly, it was a pretty frustrating experience overall.
