gorgeous fabric, super comfy, but within a week the lighter colour and our Golden Retriever became a reality check — way more maintenance than we wanted. That was on us, not DreamSofa, so I reached out to Karla. She walked me through the return-and-exchange steps in a way that didn't feel robotic; she actually listened, answered the odd worried question, and made the cost and timing clear. Switched to Avenger Driftwood and when the replacement arrived it just felt right — more practical for pets and still lovely to look at. There were small annoyances (waiting between pickups and delivery, some lint that needed a lint roller) but nothing major. Overall the product is solid, the service from Karla was the highlight, and the exchange process was reasonable. Happy we kept at it — would recommend if you don't mind doing a little extra homework on colour for pets. Also, the delivery people were polite and consistent, and there were no surprise fees, which I really appreciated.
