I saw this couch at a friend’s place and liked it, so I ordered on Aug 25. They quoted 4–6 weeks. That window came and went. Week nine arrived with no sofa and no real updates unless I chased them. I got promises. I got one person “assigned” to my order. That didn’t seem to happen. Then last week the shipper called and gave three possible delivery days. I waited. Nothing. Messages went quiet. What changed the whole feeling was the morning they actually called with a firm time and stuck to it. The driver was straightforward and said the product was ready and apologised for the hassle. He set it down, checked it with me, and didn’t dodge questions. At that moment I felt satisfied — not ecstatic, but content. The sofa is fine. It matches what I saw in my friend’s place. I still think the company should be more honest and proactive with basic updates. If you buy from them, expect delays and bring patience. But once it arrived, it was what I wanted.
