I actually liked the piece the moment my friend showed it to me. Feels soft, hangs well, the kind of dress you reach for on lazy mornings. I wore it once and then had to return it — it arrived back at their warehouse on January 22. After that, radio silence. I emailed customer service with the tracking info and got a canned reply about "10 working days", like they hadn't even skimmed my message. I pushed back, said it was already past that, and they promised a manual refund that would take another 10 days. Still nothing. No updates, no confirmation, only happy little prompts asking for feedback that they never answer when you actually need help. Annoying more than angry, honestly. Clothes felt good. The buying part was fine. The aftercare though? Felt like chasing ghosts and money. Won’t order direct again unless they fix this.

It actually looked great online — cute, playful, the whole thing — but it just didn’t sit right on me. I took it to the flagship store to return it. The staff there were polite and helpful, which surprised me, and they offered to send it back to the warehouse for me. Fine. But then the fun stopped. They told me the refund can only be issued once the warehouse processes the return. Warehouse got it June 1. It’s now June 10 and still no refund. Customer service says they need up to ten business days to process. Ten business days? That’s a long wait for money. I’ve had faster returns with other retailers, and that’s what I expected. I get that systems vary, but holding onto about $400 feels old-school. The in-store people were decent, I’ll give them that. Still, I can’t rely on this if I need a quick return. Wouldn’t recommend ordering if there’s any chance you’ll want to send it back.
