I first saw the dress on Instagram and told a friend about it. Thought I’d try the express option. The dress never arrived. I rang customer service and got a friendly woman who apologised and said she’d look into it. She refunded the €20 express fee and promised to cancel the order if it couldn’t be found. Weeks went by. I called a couple more times. Same apologies, no clear confirmation in writing and slow or no replies to my emails. It was frustrating. I’m mildly relieved they at least refunded the express charge, but the handling could be a lot smoother. If you value quick, reliable delivery and clear follow-up, be warned. Might give them another shot, but only after I’m sure the service has improved.
