Their website mixes shipping info and returns and it says “Please check our Store Locator,” which led me to believe I could return it locally. Turns out there’s nowhere nearby to drop it off. Chat support was polite and eventually accepted the return, but only if I paid to ship it back myself. That felt like a letdown — friendly people but no real solution. I felt annoyed and let down because part of buying a brand is expecting clear returns and warranty handling. Overall decent delivery, poor post-sale experience.
