Deliveryinsist on signature-required delivery if it's a gift. All I want now is a refund so I can buy from a seller who actually cares. Not the way to treat a paying customer, honestly. Very disappointing experience overall.

Servicewouldn’t heat properly and the frother went on strike. Two repair trips later and some very Canadian patience, I had to buy a backup. After a slow, maddening run-around the maker finally fixed it and now it actually works, so, relief. Not slick service, but yeah, glad it ended up okay. Could have been smoother, honestly.
Colour mix-up, frustrating customer service

Returns & Refundsdecent product for daily use when it's correct, but the customer service and the returns handling need work — slow, unhelpful and a bit bureaucratic. I'll probably try another retailer next time.
Finally working, but it wasn’t smooth

ServiceI wanted to give up. But I kept at it, booked a local service visit, and after they fitted the correct coupling and the proper filter the behaviour changed. The first time I made a cappuccino after that, it actually pulled a steady shot and the milk was textured right. Not the rushed, scalding mess from before, but proper, creamy foam. That exact first sip — when the froth held and the espresso tasted balanced — was the moment I felt relieved and like it was worth the hassle. I’m still annoyed about the time wasted and the patchy support. But the machine as fixed does what I bought it for. If you’re considering this, be ready to be persistent with support, and don’t expect a perfect out-of-the-box experience. It can get there, but only if you push for the right parts and a proper service check.
Nice coffee, lousy backup

Serviceit works, then it stops. My milk frother died after a few months and even tripped the circuit once, which was scary. After that, getting help turned into a full-time job: submitted an online request in November, waited, phoned, got dropped from live chat, eventually got something via Facebook in December. I even sent a formal escalation and never got a reply — still nothing months later. They repaired it, fine, but the same fault came back under two months. So yeah, lovely coffee, annoying reliability and zero consistent aftercare. Other brands I’ve owned responded faster so I’m extra frustrated. I’m keeping it because the drinks are good, but I’m dreading another round of calls and messages. If you want great coffee plus peace of mind, think twice — this was a letdown on the support side.
Not what I expected

Returns & Refundsthat’s it? It put out very little heat, barely changed the room temp after an hour, so I was pretty disappointed. For roughly $150 I expected a stronger unit — I even ended up buying a no-name $25 heater that warmed the room better, which was awkward. Delivery was fine: it showed up on time and the packaging was okay. The real problem was returns and support. Their website mixes shipping info and returns and it says “Please check our Store Locator,” which led me to believe I could return it locally. Turns out there’s nowhere nearby to drop it off. Chat support was polite and eventually accepted the return, but only if I paid to ship it back myself. That felt like a letdown — friendly people but no real solution. I felt annoyed and let down because part of buying a brand is expecting clear returns and warranty handling. Overall decent delivery, poor post-sale experience.
