ServiceHonestly, the customer service was terrible, eh? It was so hard to get a hold of an actual person, and there were all these sneaky fees when I was trying to buy something. The laptop I got was really flimsy and not well made, which was a major letdown. Praveen Kumar from customer service was no help at all, he didn't give me the support I was looking for. Honestly, I won't be getting another computer from that store, that's for sure.

ProductI got this laptop from that store and let me tell you, it's seriously the slowest thing I've ever seen! It literally takes ages to turn on and the quality is just not up to par. And don't even get me started on the customer service, those guys have no clue what's going on.
