ProductI bought this fancy keyboard not too long ago, and boy was it expensive! But the software has been nothing but trouble, making it a real pain to use. And now, to top it all off, the darn thing stopped working after less than two years. I'm really bummed about the poor quality and short lifespan of this keyboard. Can you believe the warranty only lasted one year? For the amount of cash I shelled out, I was hoping for better durability.

ProductI bought a mechanical keyboard not too long ago and thought it was great at first. But now, after less than two years, it just stopped working out of the blue. Even though I paid a lot for it, the keyboard didn't hold up like I expected. I contacted customer service for help, but all they could suggest was a firmware update that didn't actually fix the problem. I have to say, I'm pretty let down by the product quality and the company's response.
