    Fanny pack, medium backpack, Rubi crossbody bag

    I'm super impressed with the bags I bought - they're top notch in quality, so comfy, and stylish all at once. The fanny pack is just what I need for my everyday stuff, and that medium backpack is gonna be perfect for my upcoming trip abroad. The Rubi crossbody bag in black is so chic and versatile, I'm thinking of snagging another one in Rye. I can't even put into words how pumped I am about these bags, especially since I'm usually so picky about the bags I pick out.

    Indi medium bag in Camel

    The bag isn't great quality. It gets stained really easily, even with just water, and washing it doesn't do much. There's not a lot of room inside the bag, so it's tough to fit everything in there. On top of that, we lost the changing pad while travelling, and customer service was no help. They refused to replace it and suggested we buy a bigger one for $60, which is ridiculous! Skip Hop is way better in terms of quality and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this bag at all, it's a definite pass.

    Gifted backpack

    Oh man, so last Christmas I got this backpack as a gift, right? Super stoked about it. But then, less than a year later, it straight up ripped! I mean, I barely even used it, taking good care and everything, but there it was, torn and with some holes in the material. I couldn't believe how easily it fell apart, especially since I didn't use it all that much. It was a major bummer.

    So, I tried reaching out to the customer service team at the company, but man, they were hard to get a hold of because of the time zone differences. Finally got through to them, sent over some pics of the damage, and they flat-out refused to give me a refund or a replacement. They said it was just a "cosmetic" issue. But come on, I can't be walking around with a backpack that's falling apart! I'm worried it'll just get worse, especially in rainy weather, and ruin my stuff. It's really frustrating and kind of heartbreaking that this supposedly top-notch, expensive backpack crapped out on me so quickly, and that the company didn't do squat to fix the problem.

    Recent Wade Diaper Bag purchase

    I just got the Wade Diaper Bag and thought it looked really good and useful in the beginning. But then, after only a few days, I noticed that the shoulder strap insert was starting to come off. I contacted customer service to see about getting a replacement, but they told me I needed the receipt to make it happen. Sadly, I used a Nordstrom gift card for the purchase and didn't keep the receipt or know when I bought it. Even though I explained everything, the customer service team wouldn't help me out with a replacement, even though I've had the bag for less than a year. It's disappointing that the company doesn't support their products, so I won't be buying from them again.

    Large Toiletry Bag and Landon Carryall Extra Large bags

    I recently bought a big toiletry bag and two Landon Carryall Extra Large bags, but instead of getting what I ordered, I got 5 tiny bags in a huge box. Clearly, there was a mix-up with my order because the packing slip in the box didn't match what I got. I've tried to contact customer service, but no luck - the phone is always busy, and they haven't returned my messages like they said they would. It's been really frustrating and now I'm without the things I paid for.
