Returns & Refundsthe sweatpants were decent but the whole returns/service side killed it. I ordered a hoodie and pants a couple weeks ago for weekend wear — pants fit as expected, hoodie arrived a size down. First call I got "we need to investigate" which felt like nonsense when I just wanted an exchange. I ended up waiting with almost no follow-up. Fabric and colour were nice though, so mixed bag.
