I'm so frustrated with always having stuff taken off my orders at this store. It seems like every time I try to buy something on sale, I get an email saying it's out of stock. This has happened to me a bunch of times now, and it's super annoying. It makes me doubt how accurate their inventory is and leaves me feeling disappointed.

What a terrible experience I had! I ordered a jacket online but got sent a random pair of shoes instead. I tried contacting customer service through email and phone but heard nothing back. So frustrating!

I've been a loyal customer for a while now, shopping both online and in the store. But my last order was a big disappointment. I got two shoes in one box, both black but totally different styles. It was really frustrating and not what I was expecting. Now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again, hoping that next time will be better.

I can't believe it! I ordered some stuff from JD, and turns out half of it got cancelled because they can't keep track of what they have in stock online. It's so frustrating being a customer - why would they let me order stuff they don't even have? I'm definitely not happy with this at all.

I can't believe how incompetent this company is. How can they have an online store and not even know their stock levels? I ordered a birthday gift for my nephew in Canada and a week later they told me they don't have it anymore. His birthday is in two days, what am I supposed to do now? The whole idea of ordering ahead is to avoid problems, but this company clearly can't handle that. Their service is terrible, I'm definitely going somewhere else.
