Returns & RefundsI got two pairs of jeans from this store not long ago and sadly, they didn't fit me right. When I tried to return them, dealing with their customer service was a bit of a headache. I had to send countless emails and texts giving them the same information over and over again before they finally gave me a return label. But when I tried to use the link, my order number wasn't recognized, causing even more delays and frustration. The customer service wasn't much help and I ended up with a tight deadline to get the items back.
